Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of both the front and back of the restaurant to ensure a top-notch experience for our guests.
- Elevate service standards to surpass customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with every visit.
- Implement quality control measures to consistently deliver outstanding culinary experiences.
- Proactively manage kitchen supplies, merchandise, and cleaning essentials to meet future needs.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation protocols to prioritize the safety of guests and staff.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and provide ongoing skill-building opportunities for staff.
- Monitor workstations to ensure they are properly equipped and staffed for optimal performance.
