The role will be involved with
1. Collaborate with HR Stakeholders:
- Engage in discussions with HR process owners to understand their requirements for automation, focusing on HR-specific processes.
- Document these requirements comprehensively, ensuring alignment with HR objectives and compliance standards
2. Automation Development for HR Processes:
- Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology and relevant programming languages (e.g., UiPath, Python, MS Power Automate) to develop automation solutions tailored to HR workflows.
- Adhere to best practices in designing, developing, and testing automation workflows specific to HR processes, prioritizing efficiency, accuracy, and data security.
3. End-to-End Project Involvement:
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle of the HR automation initiative, from initial analysis and design to testing and deployment phases.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to gather feedback, iterate on solutions, and ensure successful project outcomes.
