POSITION SUMMARY
• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity, and promotional events for the assigned brand(s) according to set guidelines
• Manage Public Relations, event, creative and production agencies
• Support the store Business Goals
• Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
• Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns and promotional events
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
• Translate copy for marketing distributions (social media posts, EDMs, press releases etc)
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
• Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
• Make periodical store visits to better understand the business marketing needs
• Build effective working relations with Brand Manager and store teams
• Monthly engagement with Store Manager at store level
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum a Diploma / Degree in Marketing
• Minimum 2-3 years & above of solid working experience in marketing planning, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and good analytical skill
• Good working knowledge of Ecommerce, digital media, media strategy, marketing, or retail marketing
• Agency experience preferred
