- Responsible for sourcing, purchasing and reviewing all direct and indirect materials and services from suppliers and vendors.
- Managing purchasing information and systems and ensuring goods timely arrival.
- Assist in daily receiving of goods and project costing data entry.
- Any other duties as assigned by management / QC Manager
- Diploma or relevant ceritification in Business Administration
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience in related field.
- Good interpersonal, co-ordination and negotiation skills.
- Positve working attitude, organized and a good team player
- Basic computer skills Internet / Emailing / MS Office 2000 or later (Excel and Word) / ERP system
- Able to speak and write well in both english and chinese languages.
- 5 days work week
