As the Marketing Director, with a background in B2B technology firms, you'll lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to bolster customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across various channels, both digital and traditional.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement diverse marketing plans across multiple channels to enhance customer acquisition and boost both customer base and revenue.
- Work closely with teams from various departments to identify target customer groups, develop value propositions, and adapt key messaging specifically for the APAC region.
- Take charge of and oversee digital marketing initiatives in the region, encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising campaigns. Enhance campaign performance, ROI, and client engagement through analysis of data and metrics.
- Support implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline processes.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities. Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and best practices.
- Establish best practices for lead-generation activities. Manage marketing budgets and track performance against targets.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including external partners and agencies. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline with at least 10 years of experience in regional marketing roles
- Previous exposure to an international business setting and familiarity with matrix reporting structures, along with experience in managing diverse teams across different cultures.
- Technical Skills: Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Project Management, etc., experience in various marketing automation platforms, experience in enterprise level CRM systems
