About Us:
We are a dynamic construction company specializing in repair and repainting works. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for repair and repainting projects.
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents.
- Perform cost analysis and risk management.
- Measure and value the work on-site.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit final accounts.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (QS) with relevant professional certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in repair and repainting works.
- Proficient in cost estimating and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
