Roles & Responsibilities
a. Live Hospital A&A Work
b. Station at construction site
c. To review and manage sub-contractor works, schedule planning & monitor work progress on site
d. Attend meeting and conduct briefing at site.
e. To prepare M&E shop drawing
f. To perform engineering calculation
g. Working hours follow Builder/Hospital requirement
Requirement
a) Minimum 5 years of experience, or more in construction industry in Singapore , particularly M&E services
b) Experience & knowledge of M&E services and systems
c) Able to read & interprete project specifications / drawings
d) Knowledge / understanding of building code of practices in Singapore
