Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the shop floor and store on products picking and packing arrangement and ensure all goods are labelled and inspected and packed in good quality/condition before delivery to customer with proper handling
- Handle basic packing and repacking tasks as well as container stuffing and unstuffing.
- Generate and maintain accurate shipping documentation which include commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping and pallet labels, AWB and bill of lading, Certificate of Origin plus ARC and COC.
- Oversee inventory management with accurate tracking quantity and location and maintain proper storage areas for goods that are due to be sent to customers and forwarders
- Liaise with Logistics Services Providers to coordinate cargo collection and container trucking for stuffing
- Ensure all delivered items and Delivery Notes are signed and acknowledged by recipient or freight forwarder’s company stamp.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics Management
- Minimum of 5 Years of experience in Logistics & Warehouse in manufacturing industry
- Good in shipping documentation and Microsoft Office
