Job Summary:-
- Working Day: Monday - Friday; 8.00am - 5.30pm
- Salary: Basic $ 2,700 - $ 3,000 with Commissions
- Working Location: Tuas
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, requests, orders, and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Coordinate with the team to arrange and manage delivery schedules.
- Oversee sales inquiries, quotations, delivery orders, invoices, and other related documents.
- Provide after-sales services, including replacements, feedback, and repairs.
- Follow up with existing customers and proactively seek out new customers to close sales.
- Regularly visit customers, both locally and internationally, to ensure their orders and requirements are met to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to address customer complaints, quality issues, and feedback.
- Implement the sales and marketing plan as approved by management.
- Lead, motivate, and enhance the team's technical and soft skills.
- Conduct sales presentations and attend on-site and off-site meetings.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and maintains a positive outlook.
- Ideally, has 1-2 years of relevant experience
