This position reports to the owner of HONG FU RESOURCES. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Your primary role is to interact with customers, understand their needs, and attend to their requirements. By understanding the customers' requirements, you would then be able to find the most suitable match and drive our business success by converting these interactions into sales for our company.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Identifies and develops new business opportunities
2. Provide quality customer service to customers, and perform service recovery when needed
3. Helps to shape the company’s long-term business objectives and determine plans for how to meet them
4. Ensure that all the necessary documents are processed
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.
