Job Description
Management Reporting
- Master Data creation & maintenance
- Create and maintain SAP master data for grants and funds (e.g. fund, cost centre, WBS) for research and supporting entities timely upon request from stakeholders.
- Check supporting documents provided to ensure information contained is complete and in accordance with the overall data schema.
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform closing of project codes timely as per SOP, and any re-opening as required to facilitate operations.
- Perform regular checks on newly created master data, flag exceptions for follow-up and resolution.
- Ensure grants documentations are well organised and maintained (e.g. Letter of Awards, variation approvals).
Manpower reporting
- Prepare and perform checks and reporting relating to manpower costs.
- Investigate and resolve issues relating to fractionation/cost distribution in payroll postings.
- Prepare other ad-hoc reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates without experience, but display good aptitude and attitude may be considered.
- Experience in handling manpower costs and fractionation in HR/Payroll systems.
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Meticulous, organised and possess good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous.
