Principal Consultant

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly experienced and driven Principal Consultant to join our team and contribute to our success.
The Principal Consultant will be a key player in our organization, responsible for managing the full 360 recruitment process and driving revenue growth. This individual will leverage their extensive recruitment expertise to attract, engage, and place top talent, fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates alike. You will report directly to the Founder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of clients and job openings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Attract and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with strategic advice and insights.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding individual targets.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role, preferably within a headhunting or executive search firm.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Have billed >400,000 SGD in a single year
- Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and candidates.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
