Job descriptions:
- Creating and uploading of product picture using Adobe system
- Receiving and processing customer's purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through external vendors
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
- Schedule driver delivery shop and routes
- perform other adhoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- No experience needed, candidates with marketing base will be an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin/ English reading and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferably with a Food Manufacturing experience.
- Possess initiative and high problem-solving skills.
- Good planning, writing and communication skills.
- Able to start work immediately or at short notice.
- Working hours : Sunday to Friday (10am - 7pm)
