Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of entertainment production, including concert planning, artist management, and event execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand IMC Group Asia presence in Singapore and other countries.
- Collaborate with artists, agents, and industry partners to secure high-profile talent for concerts and events.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including venues, sponsors, and media partners.
- Drive innovation and creativity in concert production, exploring new formats and technologies to enhance the audience experience.
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for entertainment projects, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in entertainment production, with a proven track record of success in concert promotion, artist management, and event planning.
- Collaborated closely and directly with top-tier artistes in Mandarin-pop industry.
- Nominated or won awards at internationally recognised events.
- Strong networks and relationships within the music industry, particularly in Asia.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proven strong project management skills to bring all elements of a concert together, including pre-production, production, music arrangement, music direction, stage direction and artiste management.
- Proven ability to manage complex shows and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required, additional languages a plus.
