Primary Responsibilities & Job Scope
Customer Service
1) Responsible for answering clients enquires via email and telephone.
2) To ensure responses to email enquiries, including external and internal customers within office hours.
3) Weekly access into tender websites to search, identify and forward opportunities
Logistics
1) Warehouse Inventory management, monitoring and weekly review of inventory with Operations team.
2) Co-ordination with Finance and operations department to track, co-ordinate shipment in coming and liaison with external and internal customers.
3) Ensure inventory log in system and make necessary preparation for delivery upon request from customers.
4) Liaison with all delivery companies to ensure timely delivery, invoice and delivery orders to be returned to close cases with finance for revenue recognition.
Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
1) Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above.
2) 1-3 years experiences in Customer Service will be advantageous.
3) Knowledge of XERO and other ERP related accounting software.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5) Able to work independently.
