Job Description
- Collaborate with Clients to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- To attract qualified candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to reduce hiring time for open positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and finalize hiring processes.
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CEI Certification is a MUST
- Min 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and employment market trends.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
