My client is seeking a talented and dynamic Solution Engineer (Airlines/Aviation industry) with a strong background in the airlines/aviation industry to join the high performing team. The Solution Engineer will play a pivotal role in partnering with our sales team to provide technical expertise and deliver tailored solutions to our clients of both airlines & aviation industries.

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and their applications in the Asia Pacific markets.
- Gain familiarity with basic data handling and analysis; experience with SQL, Python, and REST API technology is beneficial.
- Collaborate with the sales team to capture customer needs and develop tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for diverse clients.
- Address and resolve technical queries during the sales process.
- Assist in customer onboarding and post-sales queries.
- Liaise with internal teams to share customer feedback and enhance our offerings.
- Partner with the sales team to refine strategies based on regional market dynamics.
- Provide ongoing training to the sales team on technical features relevant to the Asia Pacific markets.
- Support the implementation and optimization of our products post-sale.
successful candidate
Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in similar role within the airlines/aviation industry. Familiarity with SQL, Python, and REST API technology. Basic data handling and analysis skills. Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical details for a non-technical audience.
Excellent communication skills.
