General Role Description:
- Drive sales of cutting-edge products/systems/services, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Achieve sales targets profitably, continuously identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through regular visits and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Sales and your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and execute sales strategies, expanding sales coverage and cross-selling opportunities.
- Focus on delivering volume and profitability targets while meeting customer needs effectively.
- Foster strong customer relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Promote comprehensive product/system/service offerings, providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct efficient sales activities, delivering compelling value propositions to customers.
- Ensure technical and commercial aspects of offers are aligned with customer expectations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain regular updates on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Company HQ to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of industrial sales experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously with precision and patience, thriving as a confident team player
Candidates with the following requirements will be advantageous:
- Experience in Electric Motors/Drives or Substation is a valuable asset, enhancing your suitability for the role.
