Responsibility:

- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers, contractors, and architects, managing tender strategies effectively.
- Needs Assessment: Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services to meet their needs.
- Preliminary Design Work: Collaborate with architects and general contractors on preliminary designs, budgets, and schedules.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market and industry trends, competitors, and work closely with stakeholders to maximize sales and profitability.
- Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers to close deals successfully.
- Customer Feedback: Manage customer feedback, inquiries, and issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Achieve the company’s sales budgets and objectives.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake any additional duties or tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the elevator and escalator industry.
