HR Executive (Chinese MNC) | Up $3,400 | 6 Months Contract @ Bishan

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all employee information is accurate and confidentially handled.
  • Assist with payroll processing, ensure timely and accurate payroll payment and compliance for employees based overseas.
  • Assist in e-Leave management & records.
  • Assist in organizing employee well-being programmes & company events (e.g. CSR activity).
  • Assist in administering employee engagement surveys and analyze survey data to identify trends, recommend and support execution of initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Assist in training administration such as collating data, sourcing for training vendors, registering courses for employees and maintaining a database of training records.
  • Assist in keeping track of office supplies inventory and reorder when necessary, work with building management &/or contractors for office facilities maintenance.
  • Assist in corporate travel arrangements, including the preparation of payment requisition.

Support HR projects and initiatives:

1. Assist in improving the performance review processes.

2. Assist in the group insurance renewal & employee benefits review exercise.

3. Assist in building the leadership core competencies into the AI skills platform.

4. Assist in supporting the annual skills assessment exercise.

5. Support the HR team to roll out HR initiatives, policies, and guidelines & assist in HR digitalization and transformation projects.

6. And other work and projects assigned by the Senior HR Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandarin speaking required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders in HQ
  • Attention to detail, good organizational skills, and good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think, and problem-solve.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS software can be helpful. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Eye for design and proficiency in photo and video editing tools (i.e. Canva, etc.).
