What you’ll do:
As Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth in the region and implementing the sales strategy in acquiring new logos for Epsilon’s MarTech business. An opportunity to have real influence and recognition within an innovative, dynamic, and ambitious company. Epsilon is looking for a sales leader with the experience, creativity, passion and strategic vision to help with our ambitious growth plans.
You will have the following roles and responsibilities:
- Own and drive top line revenue growth for Epsilon’s MarTech business.
- Strategic & consultative sales planning.
- Lead conversations with CMOs/CIOs of prospective clients in the pre-sales and solutioning process to bring a consultative approach to their marketing and sales challenges. Strong understanding of both Epsilon’s MarTech and AdTech offerings.
- Orchestrate work between the Clients, Client Services, Product & Delivery teams to ensure high quality service.
- Act as the voice of the clients across the organization and champion Epsilon’s products and solutions with the clients.

- Building a high performing sales organization for Epsilon in the region.
- Building relationships with CMOs and CIOs across global and regional brands.
- Achieving/exceeding planned Sales Revenue Targets & Margins across Epsilon’s solutions.
- Ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction by working collaboratively with Client Services, Product & Delivery teams
