We are currently seeking a candidate to join one of our projects on a 12 months contract basis as a Product Specialist. This is an extendable contract role based on individuals performance.
Role Principal Responsibilities:
- Product Specialist who has experience in digital customer portal with experience in the insurance industry and stakeholders’ management is preferred.
- Product Senior Specialist is responsible to support Product Owners in documentation of requirements, mapping of end-to-end flows and testing.
- This role is also needed to support on-going request.
- The incumbent plays a critical role in supporting the projects on launching of new systems, system integration and data mapping by assisting in gap and data analysis and testing.
- In addition, the incumbent will be required to work with the subject matter experts to gather, collate and document the requirements for systems development and workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Review and confirm system related requirements that require sign-off from business owner.
- Draw up workflows &/or processes (SOP).
- Liaise and work with different functions and IT delivery teams on the clarifications of the requirements.
- Ensure testing outcomes are of an acceptable quality and requirements set by Product Owner.
- Prepare FAQs, training guides and internal communications for product launch.
Qualifications, Experiences, Skills, and Ability
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in life insurance industry;
- Good knowledge in insurance and end-to-end process;
- Good business acumen and communication skill;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
