Responsibilities:
- Provide in preparing and finalizing draft works.
Manage to receive, organize, and file incoming drawings. - Distribute, track, and file all drawings efficiently.
- Control the release of drawings to appropriate parties.
- Generate transmittal documentation for drawings submitted to subcontractors.
- Update revision status and compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
- Assist in coordinating drawings across architectural, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing disciplines
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- With Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in MEP Modelling
