Responsibilities:
- Review Jigs and fixtures designs for new projects in collaboration with production team members.
- Develop and assess Design for Assembly for new projects.
- Provide official drawings/data (for new mechanical parts) to vendors for First Article data and sample submission for approval.
- Ensure tracking of approval status for new mechanical parts/modifications from drawing issuance until full approval.
- Assist production line during trial run phase.
- Collaborate with Quality Department to address quality concerns.
- Perform other pertinent tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- With 3 years of experience in Mechanical or similar industry.
- Proven experience in Design for Assembly, Mechanical Part Approval procedures.
- Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, 2D, or 3D CAD.
