Responsibilities:
logistics
- Overseeing all supply chain operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analysing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
- Arranging and packing online orders
- Monthly stocks check/take
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Mechanic
- Servicing and bike repair according to our service package for all kinds of bikes (mountain, folding, hybrid and road bikes).
- Analysing, troubleshooting, and carrying out bicycle maintenance and repair.
- Assembling, building and assessing new bikes before they go to our customers.
- Listening to customers, identifying problems, developing and proposing solutions as well as providing quotes
Requirements:
- Skilled mechanic with over 2 years’ experience of repairing & maintenance of high-end bicycles. 1 year experience logistics related role.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- IT savvy, familiar with SAP
- Good time management
- Team player
