- Execute, monitor and ensure the timely completion of the Project
- Liaise with the Consultant Representative on project matters
- Coordinate with Project Manager and Construction Manager on the project matters
- Coordinate with sub-contractors on matters pertaining site and quality issues
- Ensure contractual requirements are complied with MOS
- Check and review drawings and identify discrepancies for solutions
- Implement cost control measures
- Daily work plan and schedule
- Preparation of work progress and presenatation
- Ensure proactive measure are adopted for issues relating to quality, environmental and safety
- Ensure site operations comply with the project quality plan
- Prepare Monthly progress claim
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress presentation
- Site Inspection with Client
- Weekly and monthly Technical and QA/QC coordination meeting
- Site management includes planning, supervising, controlling and co-ordinating project
