Job Responsibilities
- Foster and maintain close business relationships with community, corporate partners etc
- Assist the team in market analysis, identify gaps and potential opportunities with community, corporate partners etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders to roll out initiatives to enhance patients experience. Assess efficacy of initiatives through data analysis and present regular reports to managementAssist in the review of all clinical domains’ manpower allocation in outpatient clinics
- Assist in the planning and facilitating various outpatient clinic’s facility works by working closely with clinic stakeholders eg, Nursing, Patient Service and Operation Teams
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic productivity and efficiency
- Engage stakeholders to identify and work on areas of improvement based on patient feedbacks to improve patient experience in outpatient clinics
- Provide support on clinical planning of doctors’ rosters and templates set up
- Monitor overall utilisation of clinic resources and different models of care in outpatient clinics
- Performs other duties/ projects as requested by supervisor
- Engage in building positive working relations between clinic staff and various stakeholder
Job Requirements
- A recognised Degree from any disc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in healthcare setting
- Strong people interpersonal skills with a pleasant disposition and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
