- Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
- Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers
- Attend Coordinating Meeting
- Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs
- Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manage
- Local experience in construction industry is preferable
- Well versed in Building and M&E Installation
- Able to plan and handle drawings details
- Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Engineering from a recognized institution
- Working experience in the construction industry - HDB project would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Auto Cad is preferred
