We are seeking a Dynamic SAP CoE FICO Analyst to join our team.
The SAP CoE FICO Analyst is responsible for partnering with business users to understand requirements, and then design and implement supporting SAP system solutions across the Finance and Controlling (FICO) domains, to enable the realization of desired business value. They are also responsible for ensuring the integrity, sustainability, and minimization of complexity for the SAP solution within and across business process domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with internal customers to understand Business requirements.
- Responsible for translating Business requirements into functional specifications.
- Responsible to develop / approve solution design for changes (major/minor) in close alignment with Business Process Owners, relevant SAP and Non-SAP Solution architects/analysts.
- Ensure low complexity and E2E integrity of solutions across business process areas.
- Validate scope, evaluate IT risk, and cost factors in projects and operations.
- Responsible for planning of costs and timing for change realization
- Ensure adherence to template governance processes to protect the strategic solution design and effectiveness.
- Participate in CAB meetings.
- Provide advice on FICO solution design
- Provide advice on standard vs. non-standard changes.
- Advise emergency changes.
- Work with technical teams to deliver system design and development activities.
- Create and/or review vendor created deliverables ensuring completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards.
- Ensure scalable project delivery as well as efficient application management services by managing offshore IT suppliers.
- Develop / Contribute to the development of solution architectural standards and guidelines in close alignment with related functions (e.g. Enterprise Architecture).

Experience
- 10+ years of solid knowledge and experience in SAP FICO ECC/S4 area with knowledge on end to end SD/MM process integration.
- Proven ability to support the design, customization, configuration, development, testing and hyper care of SAP FICO enhancements and integration with other modules and systems.
- Experience in SAP global support environments and/or SAP project implementation in the areas of Finance with excellent knowledge and experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), new GL migration, Intercompany process.
- Experience in S/4 HANA is an advantage.
- Able to speak other language like Japanese or Korean is a plus.
