- Assist the superior in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities.
- Supervise Security, Cleaners, and Technicians to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform day-to-day installation, maintenance, repair and give support to property operations.
- Inspect all essential equipment of the building.
- Ensure that monthly preventive maintenance is carried out as per planned schedule.
- Perform hands-on repair work and basic installation, when required.
- Ensure that all facilities (air-con, electrical, fire alarm, sanitary, security, lifts, etc.) are in proper working order.
