Responsibilities:
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards.
- Wash kitchen equipment and assist in equipment replacement as required.
- Keep stewarding area clean and organized.
- Aid in weighing and mixing sourdough bread doughs.
- Clean and arrange bread bannetons.
- Manage inventory of packaging materials and assist in box folding.
- Assist in packing finished products.
- Clean ovens and kitchen equipment.
- Occasionally clean restroom facilities.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the smooth operation of Marymount Bakehouse.
Priority on Full Time Position!
