Description
- Location: Yio Chu Kang
- Salary up to $2,500 with incentives.
- 1 year contract
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6pm, Alternate half Saturday
Job responsibilities
- Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and proffer recommendations/solutions suitable in meeting such needs.
- Provide advisories to facilitate the employment of both local and foreign manpower in Singapore, claims and complaints regarding employment disputes, workplace safety etc.
- Identify issues relating to effectiveness and soundness of policies/procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of any new/change information to ensure accurate advice are given to customers, including upskilling to broaden knowledge thus serving many different groups and types of queries.
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment with constant introduction of new govt policies, requirements.
- Ability to recognize crisis call and react immediately, yet calmly, to crisis situations and quickly build rapport with the callers and report to supervisors for further action.
Requirements
- N level and above
- Experience in customer service or call centre related role will be advantageous.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to start work in short notice.
