You will be responsible for conducting technical diagnostic service and repair work, ensuring that customer expectations and productivity targets are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction: To take responsibility to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels by providing a quality of service
- Technical Knowledge: Receives repair orders from Team Leader diagnosing malfunction cause, outline repair work order with efficiency and accuracy and performing repairs in accordance to factory standards.
- Quality: To uphold company quality standards, ensure all work undertaken meets customer expectations in relation to repairs and minimize repeated repairs.
- Duty of Care: To comply 100% Vehicle Health Check process. Repair order write-ups are clear and concise, specifying the concern cause and cure.
- To maintain your work area, tools and equipment to a high standard (report to team leader immediately if there is defect tools). You must understand to comply all Health & Safety regulations and customer vehicles are appropriately protected under our care.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experiences as Automotive Technician
- Able to read, write and update maintenance-repairs
- document in English Language
- Enthusiastic, focused and committed to do your best
- Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license
- Minimum Nitec in Automotive Technology / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
