PRIMARY ROLE:
- Manage/ensure smooth materials/logistic flow
- Organize and coordinate procurement activities for supplier, material and equipment
- Manage supplier delivery schedules and effectively establish and maintain delivery dates for proper inventory control
- Liaise with freight forwarder for overseas shipment
- Assist in resolving problems with purchases or services, discusses defective or unacceptable goods/services with users, vendors, or inspectors to determine the source of the problem and the appropriate corrective action
- Match supplier invoice & delivery orders/service report against purchases orders
- Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents of all deliverables, Purchase Orders, Incoming and Outgoing Order Cycle documents
- Issuance of purchase orders to procure parts, components, etc
- Issue of Shipping Invoices and coordination with External Freight Forwarders for timely collection and deliveries of shipment incoming and outgoing
- Support Sales in RFQs
- Apply workplace safety and health practices
- Performing functions i.a.w Company’s Quality standards - i.e EASA / AS9100 and other regulatory requirement
- Any other tasks or duties assigned by the LOGISTIC/ PROCUREMENT MANAGER
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Min 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office program (Excel/Word)
- Preferably “O" level
