We invite suitable candidates to join our Finance team to support and supplement our management.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare monthly/quarterly/ yearly management, group & financial reporting with accuracy and integrity for periodic and annual reporting to HKSE.
· Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
· Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities with business partners
· Responsible for month-end closing activities such as review/preparing journal vouchers, reconciliation, analysis of revenue, expenses, absorption, variances, cash flows, and balance sheets audit schedules movements
· Assist in inventory costing, variances tracking and reporting
· Review/Prepare monthly GST filing
· Participate in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business.
· Assist in the preparation of Annual Statutory Financial Statements and liaison with bankers, auditors, corporate secretary, and tax agents
· Assist in projects and ad-hoc assignments
Qualification & Requirements:
· Recognised Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience with strong hands-on exposure
· Good working knowledge of Singapore GST and accounting standards.
· Familiarity working with ERP Navision preferred
· Preferably with advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office skills,
· Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
· Experience in Manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.

ü 5-day work week – Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 6.00pm
ü Annual income – SGD 48,000 to SGD 72,000
