What You Will Be Doing:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and manage the General Manager’s (GM) calendar.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Send reminders and ensure the GM is aware of upcoming commitments.
2. Correspondence and Communication:
- Handle emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
3. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by General Manager
