Responsibilities:
1) Manage full spectrum of HRM including Monthly Payroll Processing, Reconciliation, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Insurance Renewal, etc.
2) Submission of Statutory reports to CPF, IRAS and Government Authorities or Agencies.
3) MOM survey and submission of government claims.
4) On-boarding and Off-boarding of staff
5) Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
1) Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management
2) Minimum of 5 years relevant HR experience.
3) High proficiency in MS Office and Sage EasyPay and Leave Management System
4) Good interactive and interpersonal skills and communication
5) Candidates with prior experience in Construction background are preferred.
