As an Ecommerce Specialist specializing in Amazon Marketplace, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our product listings and presence on the Amazon platform. Your primary focus will be to drive sales growth, enhance product visibility, and ensure a seamless customer experience for shoppers on Amazon. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute strategies that maximize our presence and performance on the world's largest online marketplace.

The role reports to the AP region Sales Leader.


Amazon Listing Management

  • Manage the end-to-end process of creating, optimizing, and maintaining product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to Amazon's guidelines.
  • Write compelling product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords to maximize search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Regularly update product information, images, and pricing to reflect changes in inventory, promotions, and marketplace dynamics.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, and Buy Box ownership to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Utilize Amazon Seller Central tools and analytics to analyze performance data, track trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

Amazon Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads, to increase product visibility and drive traffic and sales.
  • Conduct keyword research, bid optimization, and ad targeting to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, adjust budgets and bids as needed, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Inventory and Supply Chain Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and fulfillment partners to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, and demand forecasts to optimize stock replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Implement strategies to manage excess inventory, liquidate slow-moving products, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

Compliance and Policy Adherence

  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate the risk of account suspension or penalties.
  • Proactively address any policy violations, customer complaints, or performance issues to maintain a positive seller reputation and uphold brand integrity.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for product expansion, differentiation, and innovation.
  • Monitor competitive pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies to develop competitive strategies and maintain a competitive edge on Amazon.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or related field.
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) managing Amazon Marketplace listings and advertising campaigns, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, including listing optimization, advertising tools, inventory management, and performance analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Amazon Advertising certification or relevant certifications are a plus.
