- Enhance income & profitability of Service Business: Set &
- Execute Mid-Term direction of Service Business of PCOA as a
- solution company.
- Enhance capabilities of Service Platform functions (Call
- Center, Field Service, Repair, Parts Supply, Configuration, etc.).
- Create service package for not only Panasonic products but
- also 3rd party items and operation.
- Take over consumable parts sales of scanner products and
- DaaS business of laptop PC.
- Extend Service platform with RFNet.
