Job Description
Administration Support to the Singapore District Business Officer
- Provides backup assistance as a minute secretary for Singapore District Business Board, Territorial Management Board and Territorial General Expenditure Board
- Provides backup assistance on insurance policy matters
- Provides backup assistance to manage the pool vehicles at THQ
- Maintains a procedure manual of administration executive tasks as a guide for backup assistance
- Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned by management from time to time
- Ensures confidentiality and security of information
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications
Qualification
- Diploma or Degree with at least 2-3 years experience in Business Administration or similar role.
- Hands-on and proactive with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous with an eye for detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills assistance
- Excellent Organisational skills
