Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Assist in daily operations and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Facilitate the process flow from start to finish. Experience in ERP systems such as processing invoices, e.g. AR/AP will be an advantage.
- Arrange with customers on delivery date and time, rescheduling, canceling, and attending to replacement requests, and Plan routes for delivery teams with the scheduled invoices
- Creating the drinks list for the Warehouse Team to pick the drinks. (strong typing skills)
- Liaise with the Warehouse Team on stock inventory when necessary.
- Assist with answering phone calls, attending to walk-in customers, and handling queries with professionalism.
- Execute general administrative duties, filing, and scanning daily basis.
- Provide administrative support to the office and team as required in a timely, proactive, and diligent manner.
- Assist colleagues where necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks
