Job Description:
The Client Support Executive will provide immediate support to traders, back office personnel, support staff, and IT teams to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and smooth trading operations. This role requires a motivated team player who can understand instructions, efficiently rectify and solve problems, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide direct support to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Telegram.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve both internal system problems and external customer-related trading issues.
  • Cross-Department Interaction: Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer issues.
  • Customer Needs Understanding: Understand and address customer needs effectively.
  • Communication Proficiency: Maintain verbal proficiency in English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Customer Handling: Exhibit a pleasant personality and experience in handling customers.
  • Work Attitude: Demonstrate a positive working attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Resourcefulness: Be resourceful and proactive in attending to customer inquiries.
  • Marketing Content Management: Handle marketing content on social media platforms.
  • Follow up calls: Follow up with leads and clients for account opening. 

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Bonus Skills:

  • Knowledge of financial markets and trading.
  • Experience in client support.
