Co-Development Business Unit is looking for Business Analyst

What will you do?
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specification for the development team
- Work with UI/UX designer in providing low-fidelity design prototypes with good grasp of UI/UX principles
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Support development team with sprint planning and daily scrums
- Work with project/product manager in facilitating workshops and meetings to gather and refine product requirements.
- Conduct analysis of existing products relevant to mental health, mental wellness, behavioural changes, and user feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Identify and define KPI metrics to assess product performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
2. User Stories and Use cases
- Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteira
- Develop use cases and scenarios to illustrate user interactions with the app.
- Work with stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business and functional requirements
3. Stakeholder management
- Work closely with project manager
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development team
- Ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements
- Mange stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure thorough testing of the app
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that the final product meets the business requirements
5. Document and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, user stories and process flows.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, risks and issues.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership roles within the tech industry.
- Experience in healthcare is a plus.
- Strong understanding of product management principles, including requirement elicitation, roadmap planning, and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with data analytics is a plus.
- Knowledge of SaaS requirements for medical device ISO 13485 will be plus
- Proven experience as a business analyst in mobile app development projects and administrative dashboards
- Familiarity with full-stack solutions
- Experience in SaaS registration
- Understanding of full-stack development frameworks and technologies
- Ability to understand and create technical documentation
- Ability to create clear and concise and user stories, use cases and process flows
- Ability to create acceptance criteria, test cases and UAT
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of SaaS requirements for medical device ISO13485 will be plus
