Job Description
- Organise and coordinate meetings for the project team
- Create and update workflows for the project team
- Manage documents and ensure all documentations are properly filed and provide them as and when necessary
- Create and update progress reports for the project team
- Handle and manage administrative matters on behalf of the project team
- Prepare and apply for the necessary licences and approvals to ensure the smooth commencement of the project
- Ensure the work permits of the workers are valid and renewed on time to ensure that there’s no disruption on the manpower deployment for the project
- Ensure that the personnel involved in the project has the required qualification or certificate to allow them to work on the project
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in project administration
- Able to read, write and communicate in Chinese to coordinate with our Chinese speaking clients
- Has an eye for details and has initiative to follow up on project matters
