Job Descriptions:
- Provide detailed skin analysis and consultation.
- Perform professional facial treatments, eyelash extension and body hair removal treatments according to customer’s needs.
- Perform consultative sales approach and recommend suitable range of treatments and products for all walk-ins customers.
- Achieve monthly shop sales target.
- Support and assist the Manager in daily operation of the company.
- Manage front-desk reception duties, appointment scheduling and follow-ups on after treatment experiences.
- Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the beauty studio and treatment rooms.
- Build good rapport with customers and maintain high standards of service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working in the professional beauty industry.
- 6 days rest per month. Comfortable to work weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with all levels of people.
- Well-groomed with positive attitude and good team player
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Able to speak basic English and Chinese
