Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Mon to Sat 9am to 6.30pm.
Salary: $2800 - $3800
Job Description
· Handle daily office operation and administrative services, such as daily office reception, conference arrangements, and travel management;
· Handle the payment of local administrative expenses, such as employee reimbursement application and daily utility bill payment;
· Manage office documents (bills, contract seals, letter sending and receiving, E-mail, etc.).
Requirement:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Admin
• Skilled use of automated office software;
• Able to actively promote daily work and effectively manage daily administrative work items;
