Key Responsibilities:

- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring the organization's resilience and readiness.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Conduct regular drills and exercises to test and validate recovery procedures and response readiness.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to implement and maintain robust backup and recovery solutions.
- Mentor and coach IT staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to IT staff, helping them develop technical skills and expertise.
