Responsibilities:
As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will be instrumental in spearheading digital innovation and transformation within our fast-paced trading environment. Your key responsibilities encompass:
- Identifying and resolving team challenges through proactive communication and engagement with digital champions.
- Advising on and facilitating the transformation of challenges into digital opportunities, providing expert guidance and automation support.
- Collaborating closely with the Citizen Developer Analyst to drive local digital projects and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Actively participating in innovation pilot projects and staying abreast of emerging digital trends.
- Maintaining regular communication with local managers to update on project progress and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Serving as the primary liaison for new project demands and coordinating with Business Partners in Geneva to ensure alignment.
- Cultivating a digital culture by leading and engaging a Digital Community, organizing knowledge-sharing events, and promoting innovation initiatives.
- Planning and executing creative events such as Lunch & Learn sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitoring local events for potential partnership opportunities and actively participating as needed.
- Delivering Python training sessions and presentations to enhance digital skills across the organization.
- Collaborating with the broader Digital & Innovation Team to align efforts and achieve collective goals.
Must Have Requirements:
- Master's in computer science
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with the trading industry domain
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Python proficiency
- Proficient in coding with a deep understanding of the technical ecosystem
- Demonstrated experience with presentation or providing trainings
