Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales duties at the showroom, inclusive of promoting loose furniture and interior design services
- Respond and follow up with customers’ queries in a polite and friendly manner
- Engage customers by understanding their expectations and presenting them with design proposals
- Manage the whole project cycle, such as project management, and ensure quality and timely completion of the projects.
- Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders such as logistics, procurement, project teams, and sub-contractors
- Perform admin duties such as sales quotations, orders, reports, and emails
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Excellent customer service and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Basic knowledge of interior design, carpentry, and home furniture will be a plus
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and responsibility
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant SALES experience. Training will be provided for those without experience.
- Willing to work after office hours and on weekends (Both Sat & Sun)
- Willing to work at construction, renovation sites, or non-air-con environment
- Diploma or high school level or equivalent
