DESIGN COORDINATOR
Responsibilites:
- Coordinate and oversee design projects from conception to completion.
- Use of AutoCAD to perform MEP drawing works.
- Monitor modelling / updates drawings / inform Project Manager on any changes.
- Manage project schedules and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Communicate with clients to interpret their needs and requirements.
- Ensure that the final design meets client expectations.
- Able to produce design drawings which meet the requirements of the job in accordance with relevant design standards and codes of practice such as the NFPA and FM Cores and Technical directives
- Able to do Hydraulic calculations.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in various software such as AutoCad, BIM (Building Information Modeling),
- Microstation.
- Min 3 years experience in Construction related work.
- Knowledge of NFPA and FM codes will be an added advantage.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Salary Range: $2800.00 to $3500.00
- Working hours: 5.5 days work week
